The decision to retire was a very difficult one for me because I love being a dentist and I have been serving this community for 25 years!
Unfortunately, advanced glaucoma, in my right eye, due to an old traumatic eye injury has caused a progressive loss of vision, which has gradually affected my depth perception including my ability to provide the excellent standard of care I have always aspired to give to you, my patients.
I have truly enjoyed my relationships with my patients and wonderful team, and I have gotten endless satisfaction and joy from caring for you and your families over the years. I have had a great career.
It has been a real honor and privilege to have served you for the past 38 years. I look back with fondness and pride, to my years here with you at Pleasant Valley Dental Clinic and all that we have accomplished together. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, your loyalty, your trust, and support. I will miss you all very much. I look forward with excitement, to full retirement and spending more time with grandchildren, family and hopefully traveling.
It gives me great comfort to know that my patients have and will continue to be well looked after by Dr. Sean Bicknell and his wonderful team at the amazing new home of Pleasant Valley Dental Clinic.
